照烧鸡腿凉面 / Terriyaki Chicken Cold Noodle

为何照烧鸡腿凉面被称为照烧鸡腿凉面，而不是凉面鸡腿照烧？

大部分人认为：这个餐点的主角明明就是凉面，第一配角是照烧鸡腿，第二配角是杂时蔬。

营养学认为：这个餐点的主角是杂时蔬，第一配角是照烧鸡腿，第二配角是凉面。

餐点厨师、取名者：这个餐点的主角是照烧鸡腿，配角是凉面。

当我写出“凉面鸡腿照烧”或是“凉面杂蔬照烧鸡腿”时，若要依照我所看到的价值来衡量这道佳肴，那主食就是凉面；给予人温饱之主要功能，然后就是杂疏；反映出蔬菜纤维类比鸡腿的重要性，最后就是照烧鸡腿；反映出了从古至今人类经历的艰辛年代所流传下来的珍“贵”。

那当我们以营养价值，人的温饱价值和价钱的价值来衡量以给取名时：“凉面杂疏鸡腿照烧”。

其餐点之价值予人事物真是千变万化！你认为呢？

Why is teriyaki chicken cold noodles being named as "teriyaki chicken cold noodles" instead of "cold noodles chicken teriyaki"?

If I were to name this dish according to a drama character and its roles:

Most people would think: the main star is clearly the cold noodles, primary supporting role would be teriyaki chicken, and the mixed vegetables as the secondary supporting role.

Nutritionists believe: the main role is the mixed vegetables, teriyaki chicken would be the primary supporting role, and the cold noodles as the secondary supporting role.

The chef and/or the person who named this dish: The star is the teriyaki chicken, and the cold noodles as the only supporting role.

When I wrote "cold noodles chicken teriyaki" or "cold noodles mixed vegetable teriyaki chicken," it translates my view of value of this dish based on a few contributing factors. Cold noodle as the staple food for their primary function of the comfort food, followed be the mixed vegetables that reflecting the importance of fibre, and finally the teriyaki chicken; reflecting the preciousness of expensive meat protein, learning from the hardship of our ancestors’ DNA which endured by mankind that passed down to the present.

When we measure the value of this dish from all the angles of nutritional value, the value of food cherishes by most people, and the price value, and then named it as such: "cold noodles mixed vegetable chicken teriyaki."

The value of its meals is ever-changing based on the different values of human, different things at its situation and condition.
