Used former eSpring and Amway Water Treatment System (I & II) trade-in units (including unused units) will be accepted regardless of age of use.
Once a trade-in unit has been submitted, the redemption must be completed by the last day of promotion. No extension of the redemption period will be allowed.
- Scenario 1: If trade-in on 15 Jul 2025, redemption must be done by 31 Aug    2025.
- Scenario 2: If trade-in on 31 Aug 2025, redemption must be done by 31 Aug 2025 via online or before shop close (shop closing time varies by location, please check the closing time at your local Amway shop).
